Our stay here was pleasant, decent place for exploring Ambleside. There were comfortable beds and central heating, coffee and tea making facilities, and television inside the room. The staff was attentive & efficient. Its location was central, 400 metres from Fellinis Cinema.

I enjoyed my 2 nights stay. In my single room I had an electric kettle, central heating and TV. The most important was the staff - accommodating and pleasant people. Stunning and marvellous location next to High Close Estate. You could walk to shops and convenience stores.

Everything was fine, helpful staff, unbeatable location adjacent to pubs with live music, the Central area of the Lakes, shops.

Perfectly fine place to stay for us. The reception was very friendly with thoughtful staff. The standard double room was well-maintained and reasonably priced with a double bed.

Had lovely 2 nights here. The room was very large, extremely comfy bed.

Clean, upscale location, EXCELLENT view of marina, good breakfast. I got free upgrade and enjoyed it. The hotel was near the own beach. Well-mannered staff provided a polite service.

I liked the details, like staff and location, they were superb. Bed was exceptionally comfortable, I enjoyed it. The staff did all they can for a comfortable stay. That was cosy hotel set in great area. Moreover, Hayes Garden World Ambleside was 5 minutes' walk away. The restaurant was great, I tried quality dishes.

The breakfast was super, the location was perfect right in the centre of Ambleside, the staff was brilliant. Breakfast with fruit and toast, for example. They made my stay perfect.

Such wonderful stay, as always. We loved our well-equipped rooms, plus the staff was obliging. The breakfast was very tasty, with a good choice of food. Excellent service too. Very central location of the hotel.

It was good and we would stay there again. This place was clean and had perfect location and people. There was lots of food for breakfast, including coffee, tea and bangers. Our room had a comfy bed and a marvellous view.

Very enthusiastic staff and impeccable accommodation. Enjoyed modern design. Its location was extremely quiet near to town centre. Had bottled drinks in the terrace bar.

The location was awesome, the public spaces were spotless and the staff was briliant. Breakfast was hearty, it consisted of cereal, fresh fruit and bangers. Wonderful reception. I loved my stay, just delightful.

Very clean place, loyal stuff, marvellous location. Great owner running the hotel. A wide range of food at breakfast, including fruit and cereal. Besides, parking was available on-site. We would recommend it to those visiting Ambleside:)))
